A flexible plan, with room to grow.
When Metropolitan Life Insurance Company decided to expand the MetWest International mixed use center in Tampa their general contractor signed FINFROCK to deliver the parking structures associated with the new office buildings. FINFROCK served as the parking consultant, architect of record, structural engineer and design-build contractor. The parking structure is designed to be delivered in three phases coinciding with the opening of each new office, yet allow for continued use while each new phase is constructed. FINFROCK has completed two phases which included additional cars beyond the original scope.
