FINFROCK D-M-C was selected as the design-builder for our new retail/parking garage project after presenting both the highest rated design and the lowest overall cost. Their professionalism and performance have exceeded our already high vendor expectations. Through FINFROCK’s ability to self-perform so much of the work we anticipate the success and timely completion of our project.

FINFROCK served as architect of record, structural engineer, design-build contractor, and parking consultant for the project.
After short listing three firms from a field of 12, USF ultimately chose FINFROCK as the design-builder for the first parking garage at their downtown St. Petersburg campus. With the highest ranked design and the lowest cost proposal, FINFROCK was able to add an additional level of parking, increasing the original request of 900 stalls to 1,140 and still remain within budget.
