Job Description

The corporate recruiter is responsible for working directly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs for FINFROCK.

Use various online recruitment tools and social media resources to aggregate qualified candidates.

Write and place appropriate requisitions for position openings.

Review resumes and prescreen applicants for each position.

Contact candidates by phone and set a weekly interview schedule.

Meet with candidates for first-round interviews and set second interviews as needed.

Process offer letters, prepare for the candidates on-boarding and conduct new hire orientations.

Attend recruiting events.

Follow up with hires to ensure they are being measured for reviews (introductory, annual) and that they are being monitored for their satisfaction with their position with FINFROCK through regularly scheduled stay interviews.

Perform other related Human Resources duties as assigned.

Experience

You have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A) and three or more years of progressive experience as a recruiter and interviewer.

Proven work experience in the Recruiting and Retention function is desired in a Manufacturing, Construction, and Professional environment.

Experience in hiring Engineers, Architects, Accounting, and Construction management positions is a plus. 

A SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

You have strong knowledge of recruiting sites (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and JDEdwards (a plus).

You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

You possess ethical conduct.

You are an excellent communicator and are good at listening.

You have a good professional image and great time management skills.

You enjoy collaborating and are a team player.

You are self-motivated and self-directed.
