Winter Park Natives Collaborate On Long Anticipated Project

Winter Park residents will soon see the construction of new, upscale multi-family housing at the 73-acre Ravaudage property located at the corner of Lee Road and N. Orlando Avenue (US Hwy 17-92). Alliance Residential Company purchased 2.3 acres from Benjamin Partners Ltd. for the project, a seven-story, 268-unit apartment and integrated 480 space precast garage. FINFROCK is the design-build general contractor, architect, and structural engineer, for the apartments and the parking structure.


Winter Park business associates and friends William Finfrock, president of FINFROCK, Dan Bellows, Morgan Bellows and Mike Maher of Benjamin Partners in association with Sydgan Corporation , John Zeledon, managing director at Alliance Residential Company and Sean Flanagan, managing director at Alliance Residential Company were at a ceremonial ground breaking today along with FINFROCK CEO Allen Finfrock, and Chief Manufacturing Officer Dan Finfrock. “This is a significant project for us,” explained William Finfrock. “As most of us are natives and residents of Winter Park, we are proud to work with Alliance Residential and Benjamin Partners to continue the revitalization of the Lee Road and 17-92 area.”


Vertical construction of the project, Broadstone Winter Park will begin in early second quarter of 2017 and will include upscale amenities and a fifth floor deck overlooking Winter Park. The first units are to be ready for new tenants in early 2018. This is the first market rate multi-family project to utilize FINFROCK’s innovative DualDeck building system.  In addition to enabling record-breaking construction times, the DualDeck offers the durability of a truly all-concrete building that is unmatched. FINFROCK also utilizes 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and laser technology to enhance manufacturing productivity and lower costs substantially.
