The garage remained functional during the second construction phase and caused no disruption to existing tenants and guests. When construction of the second phase of the garage was complete, the result was one garage with twice the original capacity.


Knowing FINFROCK would provide a guaranteed lump sum price early in the planning stages, Crescent Resources, Inc., hired Finfrock to complete a third garage, Corporate Center IV. The new garage design, which incorporates architectural elements from the adjacent office building, assisted in contributing points for the building’s LEED certification.
