FINFROCK did an excellent job in facilitating the design and fast-tracking of permits. They met their schedule and together, both JPI and The City of Hollywood are very pleased with the result. Best of all, FINFROCK did an extraordinary job during the erection process. The downtown site is a postage stamp, which required careful attention to detail in the planning, delivery and erection of the precast materials to avoid conflicts with the general public.

When JPI was selected by the City of Hollywood to develop this residential project they entered into a design-build agreement with FINFROCK. The use of precast components reduced the overall construction schedule and minimized disruption to the public.
FINFROCK served as architect of record, structural engineer, design-build contractor, and parking consultant. The project was delivered on time and without change orders.
