  • Your former Military experience is valued.
  • You don’t need prior experience, we will provide paid training and opportunities for advancement.
  • If you do have experience, we have a variety of roles at different levels, so you will be placed based upon your experience.
  • This role will work in various areas of the precast concrete manufacturing facility.
  • This is a full time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night. We will work with you based upon mutual needs.

You will be successful if:

  • You have good communication skills
  • You are able to read a tape measure
  • You have a basic knowledge of tools and power tools
  • You are able to read instructions from a tablet or you have the ability to learn
  • You are able to safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during the shift
  • You are able to follow directions
  • It is not required, but experience with concrete manufacturing, overhead crane operation, fork lift operation, trailer securement and/or concrete patching.
