Meeting local and small business expectations from the City of North Miami was a priority for FINFROCK.

FINFROCK administered programs to meet the target participation percentage including community outreach programs and small business seminars. This garage sets over a former landfill so it was essential to vent the mitigated methane from under the building. FINFROCK designed the garage to minimize the impact on the intricate venting system. FINFROCK worked on an extremely tight site without disruption to construction activities for the residential buildings.
