FINFROCK designs a building so that the location of every component needed to complete that building is verified in a computer-generated 3-D model before its manufactured, delivered, and then finally assembled on-site. Our team of experts meet regularly to discuss every aspect of a project. Our trade partners are invited to attend project meetings and participate in collaborative efforts with our supervisors and project managers.
Reliable Schedule
With our efficient method of construction, FINFROCK gives you the benefit of planning and scheduling easier. Even during assembly of the structure, sub trades have access to portions of the building to further speed completion of the project on the site. With building subcomponents (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) precisely located in advance, we eliminate schedule delays and ensure on-time completion.
