As part of the transformative O-Town West development, FINFROCK was selected to
design and construct the City Center Parking Garage—an essential support structure for
the mixed-use district’s growing commercial footprint. Tasked with delivering a large scale solution to accommodate tenants, guests, and employees, FINFROCK served as the
design-builder, engineer of record, and precast concrete manufacturer and installer.

Erected in just under ten months, the eight-level garage provides 2,036 parking spaces,
efficiently supporting the adjacent office tower and high-traffic retail spaces within the City
Center complex. Its strategic location and integrated design ensure seamless access to the
surrounding amenities, including the new headquarters for Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Leveraging FINFROCK’s vertically integrated delivery model, the project was completed on
a tight timeline without compromising quality or functionality. The garage meets the high capacity demands of the district while complementing the modern architectural character
of the surrounding development—reinforcing FINFROCK’s reputation for delivering
forward-thinking parking solutions across Central Florida’s most ambitious projects.
