ONE COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION THAT REDEFINES EFFICIENCY
The DualDeck® Building System is a pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete product designed for midrise and multistory buildings. Its innovative design features two flat concrete surfaces connected by steel tension and compression members, forming a composite truss. This truss serves as both the ceiling of one level and the floor of the level above, streamlining construction by eliminating the need for separate ceiling installation or floor preparation. Additionally, the space between the two concrete surfaces creates an interstitial area for housing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other utility systems.

THE LIFE OF DUALDECK®
The DualDeck® Building System results from more than a decade of proprietary engineering and development. Comprised of two 2.5-in.-thick precast, prestressed concrete slabs joined with high-strength steel reinforcements, the finished component serves as both the floor and ceiling surfaces in a multi-level building. The built-in subsystems accelerate construction times and the accessible interstitial space simplifies lifetime maintenance.
