FINFROCK was selected as the single-source design-builder for the parking garage at the
Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), Florida’s largest office complex and a historic site
known as the birthplace of IBM’s personal computer. The garage provides ample parking
capacity to support BRiC’s growing tenant base. As the architect, structural engineer,
precast concrete manufacturer, and general contractor, FINFROCK delivered a turnkey
parking solution aligned with BRiC’s transformation into a modern tech and life sciences
hub. Utilizing FINFROCK’s innovative precast/prestressed concrete design, the structure
ensures durability and aesthetic integration with existing campus architecture. All precast
components were produced at FINFROCK’s new 140,000-sq.-ft. facility in Belle Glade,
Florida, enhancing production efficiency and reducing transportation time.
