Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping FINFROCK’s digital presence while working closely with cross-functional teams who are as passionate about their craft as you are. From brainstorming sessions with industry experts to hands-on campaign execution, every day offers opportunities to grow and leave your mark on high-impact initiatives through our commercial construction projects.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting strategies that enhance FINFROCK’s brand visibility and support critical initiatives for marketing and talent acquisition. You’ll not only work on diverse campaigns but also explore new approaches that drive results and demonstrate your expertise in digital marketing. This role will be responsible for overseeing FINFROCK’s overall digital and social media strategy from planning and implementation to optimizing and reporting.

Occasional Travel (Less than 10%) is required for this position, along with some availability for evening and weekend events.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, including social media, email marketing, paid promotion campaigns, and SEO to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.This activity may include keyword research, writing, desk research, interviews, and more, leveraging AI when appropriate.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns: Develop and manage targeted email campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance analysis, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, blog posts, data sheets, and social content.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact and primary facilitator of the brand’s social media communications, leading the planning of our social media content calendar with Sprout social.
  • Manage website content by updating hero imagery, banners, product pages, blogs, and other media as needed to keep the site fresh and relevant.
  • Set up, testing, and sending eblasts and newsletters from Mailchimp.
  • Develop email and database marketing plans to support FINFROCK’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure website functionality, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and QA testing, ensuring site updates meet brand and user experience standards.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) and recommend optimizations to enhance ROI.
  • Work closely with employee engagement, communications, and public relations to ensure synergy of online and traditional communication channels.
  • Freelance relationships and collaboration with outsourcing partners on digital marketing projects as needed.
  • Participate in various events, including community events and trade shows to bolster brand presence and capture media content.
  • Conduct market research, understand the target audience, and identify marketing and growth opportunities.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and insights to recommend the right mix of digital options for FINFROCK and identify business development opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, digital media, writing, or related field required. Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Digitally native with proficiency in programs such as MS Office, Google Analytics, and WordPress for website updates and content integration.
  • Proficient in email marketing systems and marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), with experience in list segmentation and optimization to improve targeting and deliverability.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) for creating marketing materials or collaborating with designers for social and web content.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently.
  • Detail-oriented across multiple projects

  • Familiarity with Sprout.
  • Relevant certificates like Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, and/or HubSpot’s Inbound Certification Course a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
