The CenterPointe Altamonte Springs master-plan design emphasizes urban, pedestrian-friendly elements, including wide corridors and a specially designed urban event street section for festivals and markets. Collaborating with major subcontractors, FINFROCK aims to bring Emerson International‘s vision to life for a dynamic mixed-use community on a 55-acre tract along the east side of I-4, adjacent to Crane’s Roost Park. EMERSON INTL. PARTNERS WITH FINFROCK FOR THE CENTERPOINTE APARTMENTS.

FINFROCK serves as the architect, precast concrete manufacturer, and general contractor for CenterPointe’s latest multifamily project. The first piece for The CenterPointe apartments went vertical on December 18, 2023, kicking off the start of the project’s first phase.
The first precast concrete piece, a towering wall surrounding one of the apartment stair towers, symbolizes the commencement of construction for the project’s first phase, consisting of a seven-story apartment building with 401 units and an attached 5-story parking garage, situated on 4.37 acres on the west side of the property.

The CenterPointe will feature upscale amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, cyber cafe, bike room, doggy spa, and a courtyard with a swimming pool, fire pit, and outdoor cooking and dining area.

Aside from building amenities, The CenterPointe boasts a centralized location conveniently located close to Downtown Orlando, retail shops, outdoor recreation, and entertainment. Within the immediate vicinity is Crane’s Roost Lake, encircled by a 45-acre park to accommodate various recreational activities.
