That’s why Memphis-based apartment investor Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. selected FINFROCK as the architect of record, engineer of record, precast concrete manufacturer & installer, and general contractor for the 11-story, 369 unit Orange and Robinson Apartments at 336 N. Orange Ave.
Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, the mixed-use structure will feature an attached 725-stall parking garage and 3,898 square feet of restaurant space for a total of 640,445 square feet. The project will precede other mixed-use developments in the area and is estimated to be completed in September 2021.
