FINFROCK helped this owner secure a new tenant with the ability to deliver early accurate pricing for a new parking garage. With all design, manufacturing, and construction in-house, the single source of responsibility from FINFROCK allowed the owner to receive a guaranteed lump sum price for construction and provide the information necessary to lock in the tenant. The garage design complements the look of the new office, incorporating glass elements at the stair and elevator tower and predominantly wall panel exterior façades.
