A high-capacity, patient-focused parking solution enhancing access at AdventHealth Orlando.

To support the expansion of AdventHealth’s Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, FINFROCK
served as the design-builder and general contractor for the accompanying parking
structure—a vital piece of infrastructure designed to enhance patient and staff access
to the new facility. Working alongside Batson-Cook, who delivered the adjacent medical
tower, FINFROCK ensured the garage was completed on time and on budget. The ground
+ ten level garage provides 1,610 parking spaces and is seamlessly connected to the tower
via a striking glass pedestrian bridge, offering safe, weather-protected access for visitors.

A standout feature of the project is the integrated public art installation by renowned
Orlando-based artist JEFRË, adding a bold visual statement to the structure and
contributing to a more welcoming healthcare environment.
