FINFROCK responded to a Request for Proposal to deliver a parking structure planned over an old landfill. The unusual site conditions required the unique use of piles and structural slab on grade for the foundation. The garage, which had to be designed to serve two very different users, a hotel, and a medical office building, was the 16th project FINFROCK completed for the owner.
