FINFROCK took full design-build responsibility for the parking structure to serve the residential units at Clearwater Park. Based on a conceptual design, a lump sum price was provided which met the owner’s budget. Due to the vertically integrated disciplines in the company, FINFROCK overlapped the design, manufacturing and construction portions of the project in order to meet the owner’s schedule.
