FINFROCK redesigned the site and reduced the footprint on this garage to create a more
efficient layout which produced owner savings. Even though the contract for construction
was not signed until the end of May and the construction schedule was affected by a major
hurricane, the garage was finished for the start of the traditional end-of-year holiday retail
season.
