When Metropolitan Life Insurance Company decided to expand the MetWest International
mixed-used center in Tampa, their general contractor signed FINFROCK to deliver the
parking structures associated with the new office buildings. The parking structure is
designed to be delivered in three phases coinciding with the opening of each new office,
yet allow for continued use while each new phase is constructed.
