After the owner of this project conducted a typical Request for Proposal process the owner
was unable to meet their budget needs for this project. The owner moved to negotiations
with another acceptable contender.

FINFROCK teamed with a local general construction firm to provide a turnkey solution as architect and engineer of record, general contractor, and precast/prestressed concrete manufacturer for the project. The general construction firm provided site work and other exterior improvements to deliver an exceptionally functional high-quality parking facility.
