Northview Apartments were completed in 2013 as a resort-style apartment home for students at the University of Central Florida. The $60 million, 341,836 gross square-foot housing and faith centers, constructed entirely of precast concrete, accommodate 600 students. FINFROCK designed the facility to meet the demand for well-built structures with more amenity options, safety, and security. Residents can choose from 30 two-story/four-bedroom townhomes, 90 four-bedroom flats, and 60 two-bedroom units.

With access-controlled 232,621 square feet, 690 space parking garage, plus 85 space surface lot, students have direct entrance to each residential floor. Designed, manufactured, and constructed by FINFROCK, the project was built on a very compressed schedule of less than twelve months, ensuring students were ready for move-in. FINFROCK served as the design-build general contractor, parking consultant, and precast concrete manufacturer.
