A resort-style living community built for UCF Knights
Northview Apartments were completed in 2013 as a resort style apartment home for students at the University of Central Florida. The $60 million, 341,836 gross square-foot housing and faith centers, constructed entirely of precast concrete, accommodates 600 students. FINFROCK designed the facility to meet the demand of well-built structures with more amenity options, safety and security. Residents can choose from 30 two-story/four-bedroom town homes, 90 four-bedroom flats and 60 two-bedroom units.
With an access controlled 232,621 square foot, 690 space parking garage plus 85 space surface lot, students have direct entrance to each residential floor. Designed, manufactured and constructed by FINFROCK, the project was built on a very compressed schedule of less than twelve months, ensuring students were ready for move-in. FINFROCK served as architect of record, structural engineer, and design-build contractor.
