The highly anticipated multifamily project NOVEL Beach Park by Crescent Communities, located at Bay Center Drive in Tampa, includes a 9-story residential high-rise tower and the expansion of an existing 8-level parking garage. As part of an influx of new developments in the Beach Park neighborhood of Tampa, NOVEL Beach Park has become a new residential stakeholder in the community.
The luxury apartments consist of 35,168 SF of residential space with an additional 123,410 SF of parking space, bringing the total stall count to 1,170. NOVEL contains 289 rental units featuring a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences complete with bay views and luxury finishes. Construction for the multifamily development began in Spring 2022 and finished in Spring of 2024.
