Built in 2019 for one of the busiest tourist entertainment destinations in the country, FINFROCK was tasked to fulfill the Reedy Creek Improvement District’s need for additional parking at Disney Springs. FINFROCK was able to meet the District’s design standards by matching the new garage to the existing garages with the use of architectural metals and planters while providing over 3,000 additional parking spaces and an attached pedestrian bridge.

The garage is equipped with a parking guidance system and speed ramps on one side of the structure that allows for faster access to parking and greater visibility throughout the garage. Known as the Grapefruit Garage, the structure is the third parking garage to debut at Disney Springs. FINFROCK acted as architect and engineer of record, general contractor, and precast/prestressed concrete manufacturer for the project located in the center of Disney World’s major shopping, dining, and entertainment district.
