Designed as the companion to Universal Orlando’s Stella Nova Resort, Terra Luna Resort brings an adventurous, earth-inspired aesthetic to the Epic Universe hotel collection. The nine-story, 750-room property opened in early 2025, offering guests a modern, nature-themed retreat just steps from the new theme park. Serving as architect, structural engineer, precast concrete manufacturer, and general contractor, FINFROCK delivered the project through its integrated design-manufacture-construct process—ensuring seamless coordination and on-time completion ahead of Universal’s park debut.

Featuring sweeping architectural curves, recessed balconies, and a dynamic façade accented in deep blues and greens, Terra Luna reflects the spirit of exploration through its design. FINFROCK’s precast concrete system provided the precision and strength needed to achieve these complex shapes while maintaining construction speed and durability. The result is a high-performance resort built to withstand Florida’s demanding environment—delivered safely, efficiently, and ready to welcome guests for years to come.
