A new residential phase for CenterPointe Altamonte Springs.

The Alderley is the next multifamily phase within CenterPointe Altamonte Springs, Emerson International’s mixed-use district located along the east side of I-4 adjacent to Cranes Roost Park. The seven-story residential building adds 269 units to the growing pedestrian-oriented community and continues the momentum established by the first phase of development.

The project includes 305,246 gross square feet of residential space, 9,689 square feet of amenity space, and a 168,656-square-foot 7 level parking garage with 491 stalls. The unit mix includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences.

FINFROCK is serving as the prime design-builder for the apartments and garage. The project’s precast concrete structure reflects FINFROCK’s vertically integrated approach, aligning design, manufacturing, and construction to support efficient delivery on a phased mixed-use site.
