This structure houses a state-of-the-art campus police station, an 18,000 square-foot bookstore, and a 3,000 square-foot campus police station. The building also has complete security systems. FINFROCK served as architect of record, structural engineer, design-build contractor, and parking consultant for the project.

After short listing three firms from a field of 12, USF ultimately chose FINFROCK as the design-builder for the first parking garage at their downtown St. Petersburg campus. With the highest ranked design and the lowest cost proposal, FINFROCK was able to add an additional level of parking, increasing the original request of 900 stalls to 1,140 and still remain within budget.
