Completed in 2004, the developers of Veranda Park in Orlando wanted the durability of a precast structure and FINFROCK’s ability to deliver on a fixed price basis. FINFROCK’s design and attention to detail created this unique Tuscan-inspired office building. The structure includes 60,000 square feet of Class A office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space.
