FINFROCK assisted the owner in obtaining approval for this long anticipated garage by providing early design input and plans for meetings with City officials. FINFROCK designed a garage which met height restrictions and aesthetic requirements of all stakeholders while still meeting the car count needs. Even though the building is built on a slope, the design minimized ventilation needs important in a building situated near residential buildings. The total precast concrete building minimized disruption to current residents and the contractor for new residential units on this tight site with an erection schedule of only five and one-half weeks.
