Duties & Responsibilities
- The rigger is a position in the Construction department on FINFROCK job sites.
- You must pass the Riggers Level 1 test (rigging safety and identification of unsafe rigging)
- You must be able to identify, inventory, organize, and distribute B.O.M.
- You must be able to evaluate conditions that may raise safety concerns: cracks, damaged areas around lifters, etc.
- You are able to read a tape measure
- You must be able to identify the products that correspond with the setting order
- You can coordinate product placement to the crane with the shuttle driver and the crane operator
- You must be able to establish and maintain ground-level control access zones
- You must adhere to FINFROCK safety standards including the personal protective equipment required for the area
- You must communicate with coworkers and supervisors if a problem or concern arises
- You understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office
Qualifications
- You can climb ladders easily and safely
- You do not have a fear of heights
- You are able and willing to travel out of town (overnight)
- You are able to safely lift 50 lbs. at any given time during the shift
- You are able to abide by FINFROCK’s drug-free workplace policy
