• Design structural framing and foundation system
• Design Prestressed Precast Concrete components and connections
• Lead engineering coordination with internal and external clients or trades as well as Design team members
• Process RFIs and Shop Drawings
• Establish and maintain schedules for projects assigned
• Manage workload of teammates assigned

This role must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Overtime (40+ hours) may be required as needed.

This position reports to the Chief Project Engineer

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in civil or structural Engineering
• Possess an Engineering Intern license already the ability to get licensed in the State of Florida within 1 year
• Design experience with concrete and structural steel
• Experience with prestressed/precast concrete is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a design or precast engineer
• Experience with CAD or 3D modeling software is preferred
• General knowledge of building construction methods, building systems, and cost implications
• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player and great at collaborating with others
• Currently residing in Central Florida or are willing to relocate
