The CenterPointe Apartments in the CenterPointe Altamonte Springs community is a completed 7-story residential high-rise with 401 units and a 5-level parking garage. As part of Emerson International’s visionary master plan for the lakeside community, The CenterPointe apartments now operate as a residential urban oasis overlooking Crane’s Roost Lake.
The luxury multifamily community offers upscale amenities including a fitness center, clubhouse, cybercafé, bike room, dog spa, and a courtyard with a pool, fire pit, and outdoor dining areas. Residents benefit from a prime location near Downtown Orlando, with convenient access to retail, dining, entertainment, and the 45-acre Crane’s Roost Park.
The apartment complex utilizes a fully precast structural system with over 2,600 pieces installed, along with FINFROCK’s Dual-Deck Building System® that increases structural spans and improves construction efficiency. Built on a constrained 4.2-acre site, the team also managed a partial basement, extensive retaining walls, and carefully sequenced construction to minimize disruption to nearby residents.
Within 23 months, the project was finished and delivered one month ahead of schedule and under budget, enabling immediate leasing and occupancy. It now serves as a long-term, low-maintenance asset for the owner.
