CENTERPOINTE ALTAMONTE SPRINGS: PHASE 2 TAKES SHAPE.
Work is moving forward on Phase 2 of CenterPointe Altamonte Springs, continuing the evolution of the 55-acre mixed-use district along the east side of I-4 adjacent to Cranes Roost Park. The next phase builds on the momentum established by the initial residential development, advancing the long-term vision for a connected, pedestrian-oriented lakeside community.
Phase 2 will introduce a new seven-story multifamily building within the CenterPointe master plan, reinforcing the district’s role as a growing residential and commercial destination in Altamonte Springs.

BUILDING ON THE FOUNDATION SET BY PHASE 1
Phase 1 of CenterPointe was completed in 2025. The first phase includes a seven-story apartment building with 401 units and an attached five-story parking garage, delivered on Lot 1 of the development. FINFROCK served as the architect, precast concrete manufacturer, and general contractor for the project, providing integrated coordination from design through construction.
The completion of Phase 1 established the physical and operational foundation for future development across the site, allowing subsequent phases to advance in alignment with the overall master plan.
A LONG-TERM VISION FOR A MIXED-USE LAKESIDE DISTRICT
Phase 2 is part of Emerson International’s broader plan to transform CenterPointe into a vibrant mixed-use district. The new phase is planned for Lot 2 and includes a 268-unit multifamily building positioned south of retail space along East Central Parkway, supporting walkability, transit access, and proximity to Cranes Roost.
The CenterPointe master plan anticipates multiple residential phases, retail, office, and hospitality uses thoughtfully arranged across the site. When fully realized, the district is expected to deliver nearly 1,900 residential units alongside complementary commercial space, reinforcing Altamonte Springs’ growing urban core.

With decades of Central Florida market experience, FINFROCK continues to play a key role in executing CenterPointe’s phased development strategy. Through its vertically integrated design-build approach and deep knowledge of local codes and urban construction environments, FINFROCK remains committed to supporting Emerson International’s long-term vision for a modern, connected community at CenterPointe.
