Orlando Health is the fastest-growing hospital in Central Florida. It is no wonder that the growing pains have made it necessary to increase their parking capacity. FINFROCK, acting as Parking Consultant and Precast Manufacturer, teamed with the architect and contractor for the new parking facility at Orlando Regional Medical Center in downtown Orlando.
The sheer size of the structure, 529,893 square feet, required a double helix ramping system to allow greater and quicker exiting capacity. The parking garage ramps were also designed to accommodate the planned expansion to the garage.
