To accommodate the ever-changing needs of a rapidly growing hospital, FINFROCK designed this garage for future retail space and with the ability to be expanded on one side.

The functionally efficient design of this 237,000-square-foot parking facility was such that it will not necessitate closing the garage at a future date to accomplish an expansion or improvements. Even though precast concrete had already been produced, FINFROCK was also able to modify the ground level of the garage to include provisions for future retail.
